Whether for group or private courses, learners will take a placement exam. Training objectives will also be established in cooperation with training supervisors in order to recommend a course outline and schedule. We will continually evaluate the learner's progress throughout the training to make sure the objectives are being met.

At the end of a session, training supervisors or human resources managers will receive a comprehensive progress report for each participant. Our evaluation and exam processes can also be adapted to meet your specific requirements.
